With nearly 20 years of experience in the field, I understand the challenges, emotions, and complexities that come with this journey. My mission is to make this process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.
I'm Michelle, a lifelong resident of Waterloo Region.
I’m dedicated to guiding families through one of life’s most important decisions. It is a privilege to assist individuals and their families on this important journey.
My Story
My journey in long-term care and retirement living began almost two decades ago. I started as a Health Care Aide in a small, family-owned long-term care home, where I assisted individuals with their activities of daily living.
Inspired to do more, I pursued an education in Recreation and Leisure Services and began working as a Program Assistant in long-term care.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including not-for-profit, independently owned, and for-profit care facilities.
My roles have spanned from working on the floor to middle management and senior management positions. This diverse experience has given me a unique perspective on the industry and a deep appreciation for what makes a residence truly feel like home.
Today, I combine my professional expertise with my passion for helping others to support families in navigating this complex and emotional process. I’m here to provide you with the knowledge, guidance, and care you need to make confident and informed decisions for yourself or your loved ones.

Consultation Package
Let me bring the tours to you! In the comfort of your home or through a virtual meeting, I’ll get to know you and what’s most important to you in your new home. I’ll share pictures and videos of the homes, provide insights, and walk you through the pros and cons of each option, simplifying the decision-making process.

Coordination Package
Building on everything included in the Consultation Package, I will take the next steps to make your journey even easier. I’ll contact the home of your choosing, coordinate a tour of available rooms (for retirement options), arrange your health assessment, and even schedule a potential lunch (if offered by the facility). This package is designed to streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience.

Comprehensive Care Package
This package includes everything in the Consultation and Coordination Packages, plus personalized on-site support. I will join you during your visit and tour of the home you select, providing in-person guidance, answering questions, and ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way. This package can also be customized to assist you with all aspects of your move. Whether it’s coordinating the sale of a house, hiring a moving company, or arranging for personal home care, I’m here to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
